Вечером у бассейна у ребёнка украли, телефон, с утра вместе с гидом подошли к ресепшен, но сотрудники отеля даже не пошевелились, гид сказал, что обязательно будут не смотреть камеры, но с нами там никто больше не говорил, камеры не смотрели, полицию не вызывал, сами смотрели по геолокации крайний раз телефон был включён уже за территорией отеля. Жаль что персонал так относится к своим гостям. Ребёнок расстроен, отпуск испорчен, надеюсь менеджмент отеля задумается, после этого отзыва.
