We had a fantastic time at Hotel Insula! It's a very nice hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent service. One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful animation team. İlhan, one of the animators, is very cool and full of positive energy – he always made us smile and brought so much fun to the activities. Mama Masha also deserves a big compliment – she has such a good connection with children and made a special bond with our daughter, which made our experience even better. The entertainment for both kids and adults was amazing every day, and we felt very welcomed by the whole team. We love this hotel so much and are really thankful for the unforgettable memories. We think we will definitely come back to Hotel Insula in the future, and we can’t wait to see the wonderful staff again. Thank you for everything – it was a perfect holiday!
