This is our first stay at this amazing hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. My spouse and I received incredible service from the entire staff. The front desk is staffed by professionals who really understand how to provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel welcome.

The kitchen and bar were amazing, despite the late season there was a huge variety of dishes, and the chefs responded to any requests from guests if they asked them to prepare a dish that was not on the menu.

Animators Nicholas and Alex, every day brought only positive emotions, always with a smile on their faces, the children and their parents were delighted with them - they are super professionals.

We were there for seven days and made full use of all the amenities and had NO problems or complaints with this facility.
