Constant noise every day

We have not slept well more than one day since the start of the stay.

1 day 11pm a neighbor cut the music to the fullest

3 day 3am neighbor screaming like crazy

4 day 1am neighbor screaming like crazy (we've already bored to call to the reception)

5-7 day from 6:30am till 10pm spend some work: moving furniture, knocking with a hammer, sawing.

We ring in the premium retsepshen every day for several times. Receptionist said: "The masters will not work at a time when you rest". But it's not like that.

What kind of rest is it?

Our room is 2049. We are still here.

8 day: 18:00pm regurally furniture moving every minute. Reception says that the room is occupied and such noise is normal. But this is abnormal, and guests can't moving furniture the whole hour.

23pm We came from dinner, for an hour someone is rolling something from upstairs, and it surely can not be guests, they don't need to move there furniture here for the 4th day in a row.

It's really infuriating.

Dear guests,
we are very sorry to hear about your discomfort. As our concierge at the Premium Level explained you, the maintenance has finished the work in the room above you and there will be no more noise.
Regarding the noises from the neighboors, please note that our Security assisted and the guests did leave by now.

We normally didn't sleep 3/4 rest, but you think that everything is good and tell us to enjoy. Normal hotels provide compensation for such disturbances. Every day we called several times, and the problem was resolved only at the end of the honeymoon (and it's not clear whether it was decided or, because today (July 27, 2017) it was the same noise all day like yesterday and the day before yesterday).
And now (July 28, 2017) I hear a similar noise from the top floor: a stamping and regular (every minute) movement of furniture.

В отеле английский язык еле понимают, русский язык могли неверно перевести.
