This hotel is amazing. The hotel is really nice. It’s always clean and kept up to good standards. If there is any problem there is always a solution. The food is amazing something for everyone such as British food Arabic food, they have everything. All the staff are amazing. The bar staff are always friendly and made sure we always had a drink. The guys around the pool are on another level. As soon as we walked to the pool they had are beds and are towels ready and always had it in the same spot. All towels are amazing. There’s nothing wrong with any of the towels or the sun beds. The pools are always kept clean and the life guards are amazing. The reception staff are always happy to help no matter what the problem is. The animation staff is what truly made the holiday special. They work so hard and always made sure that me and my friends were never bored. With the stretching, darts and aqua gym in the morning and there darts, water polo, Zumba and yoga in the afternoon. They made all activities really enjoyable. There was never a moment where I wasn’t smiling. There are all so friendly to. Eid, Issa, Abby , Ola and Ahmed are very special to the hotel. They always made sure that all music was okay. They always made sure that we knew all the information. Overall this hotel and this holiday is the best. I would recommend to everyone.
