Our stay at Steigenberger Alcazar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped out of the airport shuttle, we were greeted with warm smiles, refreshing towels, and genuine hospitality that felt effortless and sincere. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were personally escorted to our room, which was a beautiful gesture we didn’t expect.

Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern décor, high-quality toiletries, and an amazingly comfortable bed. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation — every day the room was perfectly tidy, water was replenished, and small thoughtful touches made our stay feel luxurious.

The beach area is very beautiful. It’s wide, clean, and very well organized. The sandy entrance to the sea is perfect for swimming, but if you enjoy snorkeling, the house reef is fantastic too — full of vibrant corals, colorful fish, and crystal-clear water. The lifeguards are attentive and friendly, making the atmosphere feel safe and relaxed.

Food was another highlight. Whether it was breakfast with freshly squeezed juices and warm pastries, or dinners with seafood, international dishes, and desserts, everything was delicious and well-presented.

The animation team so cool and professional, they made our vacation the best! Love tbem all so much and really will come back very soon to our family!
