Добрый день! Такого ужаса я ещё не видела. Прилетели с ребенком поздно вечером, заселили в отвратительный номер со сломанным кондиционером, плесенью и сломанной сантехникой. Я сразу попросила заменить номер, было много отговорок, но с итоге заменили. Сильно он конечно не отличался от прежнего. Это пол беды. Есть было нечего от слова совсем. Коронное блюдо было макароны с сыром). Посуда в столовой была грязной, жирной. Отношение персонала отвратительное, как будто им что-то должны. Единственный плюс был-это пляж. Анимации не было.
