This was one of the best holidays I have ever had with family. From the moment we arrived until the day departed we had a brilliant time!

We arrived on Sunday 7/05 late, we were welcomed with wet hand towels and a lovely refreshing drink. We were then taken to our rooms.Once we arrived at the room we were so pleased with the size and cleanliness. It was perfect for my family 5 and especially for my 18month year old son who loves to run around and play.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and made you feel special. The service shown was 10/10.

Basem the front office manager was very accommodating on my last day and resolved my issues immediately. Thank you for your good customer service.

The restaurant manager Mohammed was lovely, friendly and always smiling. He gave the restaurant a great positive atmosphere for families and people to enjoy. You could see that he was promoting his positive work ethos to all his workers who would welcome all with a smile and go the extra mile to greet you by your name as well as offering good service.

There was one particular waiter Magdy who was very kind and help, he always made an effort with the children to ensure they had all they wanted. In all fairness, all the staff were amazing and helpful. I cannot fault the hotel. I would say it has 5 star rating. From the cleaners to the management.

I would highly recommend the use of the spa and booking the massages. They were relaxing and tailored to suit your needs.
