Сплошной обман с самого начала

Начну с тур оператора Интурист и гида Усама. Ничего не решил не один вопрос по номеру. По отелю ни о каких 5 звёздах не может быть и речи в лучшем случае 3 звёзды. Это первый обман когда ставишь фильтр 5 звёзд и в списке это гостиница. Номера убитые от слова в хлам,белье серого цвета все в катышках все в пятнах. Номера не соответствуют фото на сайте. Все в этом отеле затертое от номеров до территории. Горки, джакузи все выглядит так что без слез не взглянешь. Категорически не рекомендую данный отель.
