this hotel is all right, but not great. The 5 star hotel must have bathrobes in the room. We paid for the room an increased price, as the description indicates that there are bathrobes and towels on everyone. The reservation was for 3 persons, towels and bathrobes were given for 2 people. I had to call and ask for additional. But 2 days before departure (day before and day of departure) they took the bathrobes and left 2 towels. The call to the reception did not help 4 times. This is a terrible attitude towards guests, especially given that the review of the hotel and their quality of service they ask in advance (4 days), and then spoil the whole impression of themselves! i would never return to such a hotel, as I am used to quality and service, to good attitude towards guests who pay an overpriced price for what they expect.
