Летели с мужем в мае прям в день рождения чтоб отпраздновать его в Сочи. При заселении на ресепшн даже никто не удосужился поздравить и никакого комплимента в номер, я считаю это немного странным! Отель в целом неплохой, завтрак и ужины приличные. Ещё в день выезда отключили горячую воду, пришлось мыть голову холодной водой! Думаю с таким подходом у отдыхающим это не 4 звезды!
