Прилетели рано утром, заселение обещанное в 12 плавно перетекло к 14-00 завтраком не кормят, браслеты с 10 утра, я с мужем и 2 подруги номера дали 1 раз на 5 этаже без балкона, мы курим попросили поменять дали на 1 и 2 этаже, номера ванючие, запах диклафоса, у нас тёк холодильник, уборщик убрал, вентилятор в туалете прям на голову падает, уьорщик
