Ужаснее отеля, ещё не встречали

Все отрицательные отзывы об отеле, полностью соответствуют действительности!!!!!! Приехали на 13 ночей, теперь считаем дни, как побыстрее покинуть этот ужасный отель. 4 дня с боем выбивал, смену постельного белья, и службы сервиса и на ресепшен говорили, что это не входит в концепцию отеля (помогло только то, что сказал что являюсь представителем министерства туризма РФ). Туалетную бумагу тоже выбивали с боем. С 4 дня питались за территорией отеля. Везде ужасно грязно!!!
