Находимся сейчас в отеле, вчера у нас украли полотенце. Второй день отправляют то к одному сотруднику отеля, то к другому. В отеле есть камеры, никто не хочет их смотреть. Проблему не решают.Наш представитель туроператора от Библио-Глобуса обещал помочь, но мы так и не можем дождаться решения нашей проблемы.
