Это мой первый негативный отзыв об отдыхе. Мы до этого отдыхали в разных отелях разных категорий, сегодня поиех9в Авентус. Со входа сразу понятно - что отель прямо скажем так себе. Заселились быстро - было почти 8 вечера. Когда зашли в номер захотелось плакать😢 - вся мебель убитая, все криво везде торчат гвозди, окно-балкон выходит на помойку и запах в номере соответствующий. В душе стекло только на половину - вода льётся на пол. Полотенец нет, территории нет. Попросила заменить номер, сказали - tomorrow и по поводу интернета тоже и по поводу полотенец тоже tomorrow.
