Не сказать что очень плохо, но и не 4 звезды. Желания возвращаться в этот отель нет. Были до этого в Riva3* и разница ощутима, при чем не в пользу Гранда...Отель нуждается в ремонте. Персонал не справляется с объёмом гостей. В отеле селятся в основном англичане, а они неадекватные туристы. Заведение не оправдало надежд.
