We came to Egypt with my friend Nadia.it was our first time there. We was very tired after the trip.in hotel we been at 2 o'clock in the night and stuff gave us some food..we was very happy...!we wanted some beer with a starters and we did order (prices is really cheap ...run from 1-2$ the bottle).they gave for us nice room (pool view) second floor (but generally it for everyone). Fully equipment...maybe need to fix a bit +to buy some new things )but like for the old hotel it was ok...!we are not complaining..!second day we booked safari trip on my birthday...also it was cool...!after this we had back to our hotel and on the pool bar for me was waiting staff with a cake and balloons...there working Eissar (he talk a bit in Russian language)also a bit in English..he is really nice guy .also there is very nice manager from the restaurant...and all guys is really cool. Thanks guys from the kitchen..they all the time did asking that we like food ..,what we would like to drink...and etc.... cleaning was also good...He all the time tried to make some toys from the towels....room was clean! Actually only for the stuff and how they trying to do best i will put 5*

Hotel need to be fix..like more new....but for us everything was good. My birthday was beyond excellent and atmosphere all 7days was relaxing ,like we wanted) the most terrible things was MOSKITO (BUT U CAN BUY SOME SPRAY OVER THERE).THANJS TO THE GUYS FROM THE HOTEL...THEY MADE OUR HOLIDAYS...I HOPE U WILL HAVE SOME BONUS FROM YOUR BOSS ,BCS U ARE THE BEST..;)

P.S no WiFi in rooms (but I think this is because of fixing hotel)

*Готель є не новим ,тому потребує ремонту. Проте кімнати є дуже чистими..прекрасний і дружний персонал,класний бармен Ейзер. Спокійно,не багато людей...нам сподобалося!

*Хороший отель но старый. Надо чуть чуть обновить. Все минусы убирает персонал который хочет Вам помочь,очень любезный и приятный...!
