Enjoyable
Enjoyable stay in Sharjah grand hotel made us express our satisfaction. Hotel’s service exceeded our expectations. We had a wedding anniversary and Irina at Guest Relation desk made a nice surprise for us which we did not expect. Reception is fantastic. I want to appreciate Zarshed. He is the best. Daniel from customer service also helped us with one inconvenience which we don’t want to mention. Anyhow it was fixed and we stayed happy. Hossam at Pool reception is heart of hotel. Thanks to everyone there. Grand is number one
