Disappointed

This is the review I wrote while living in the hotel, but it was not posted because it was from a turkish IP. I just update it.

Very disappointed of this hotel... we are here for almost a week. Before arrival, we asked if the hotel has facilities for babies, everybody said that they do have, but unfortunately that was not true. We started the diversification with our baby a few weeks ago and she preffers just pureed vegetables and fruit from jars. That is why it was really important for us to stay at a hotel that provides them. We were told that Limak Lara has always pureed food in jars for the kids. Yes, they do, but just one type of fruit and one of veggie puree - apple and peach and carrot with potato. This was not specified. How can a child that needs different vegetables and fruit, eat just these types daily during a 10-14 days stay? Well, nobody cares. We asked for something different but the women from kids restaurant, which are very polite and really want to help, cannot do anything because the hotel dont have anything else for babies. Not even tetrapack milk, youghurt, just boiled veggies, cereals and meet which can be mixed or chopped in blender.

Once I needed to use one changing table for the babies from a toilet that is near the restaurant and I got surprised when I opened it and saw that it is dirty (there was child poop on the sides, so if baby lies there, she gets dirty of some other baby poop, sorry for details but it was really very unpleasant).

In the main restaurant, the baby chairs are not wiped very good. We always need to double check and wipe everything personal because when you lift the tray, you can find a whole menu inside.

And these are just some details that make our stay not comfortable.

In comparison with other hotels like Akka Hotels, Rixos Hotels, here we feel like nobody cares of the guests with babies.

Another thing that we dont like is the food for adults, we found hair in some bowls of food, the tomatoes for example are not always fresh, some of the food doesnt taste good. The cheeses have specific smell like they were cut and deposited in a fridge with some other food, and so on.

We can specify even more things that leave a bad impact on our experience but these are the ones that bothers the most. Even if we try not to pay attention to everything and not to break the holiday, it feels like here its impossible to have a nice journey for a family with a baby.

I have experience in working at a hotel in a foreign country and I know that the hotel and the staff has to do everything to assure a wonderful experience to their guests, but here it feels different. That is why this is the first and the last time when we rest in a hotel from Limak network.
