As far as we have just recently stayed in this hotel, want to share my hot impressions :) What can I say? According to all comments, expected more.

The other hotel nearby causes unpleasant smells every evening and noise comes from it all day long, including evenings. As the sound isolation in Crystal is bad, we had to listen to all this noise ;( Also, air conditioner makes terrible noise. So we could just choise - noise from conditioning system or noise from outside, but ussualy it was both. Sunday evening we decided to rest and went to bed earlier, but were forced to suffer terrible show sounds from that other hotel. I wonder if nobody complains about that neihbourhood?

Food: plenty of it, but the same all week round. Coffee untasty :(

Staff: wonderful. Perfect. The best thing in hotel :)

Rooms: cosy, good free wi -fi connection.

Amusement for kids: just a tiny club with few attractions and swimming pool. The park with fishes and birds - good idea :)
